We suggest you pin or staple your purchase receipt to this page and file.

TERMS AND WARRANTY

You may also have rights implied by State Law. Nothing in the terms of this warranty is to be taken to exclude or modify statutory conditions or warranties which the law does not allow us to exclude or modify.

Vanston warrants to original purchaser of this vanston grill who uses it for non-commercial purposes that it is free from defect in parts, material and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of 12 months.

COVERAGE

• Should the Grill stand fail due to faulty parts or defective workmanship within 12 months from the date of purchase. vanston will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or assembly free of charge
• To claim under this warranty, the consumer must carry in their product into their nearest authorized service centre
• This warranty does not cover any defects, corrosion, surface rust, breakage or chipping, operating difficulties or damage due to:
  • a. Accident, exposure to the elements, fat/grease fires, foods or juice, insects, weather, hail,cleaning, normal wear and tear, abuse or improper usage.
  • b. Assembly or use of the grill other than in accordance with the instructions accompanying the grill
  • c. Unauthorized repairs
  • d. Use of non vanston parts
• To the extent that the law allows liability for breach of condition, warranty or term to be limited,liability is so limited to the replacement or repair of the goods as vanston so chooses.
• A copy of the invoice must be provided with all warranty claims. Only the original purchaser is covered under this warranty.
• To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must make it directly to vanston

It is recommended that exposure of the grill to be the elements should be minimized. After your grill has cooked and has been cleaned, store it under cover with a weatherproof cover over it.
